Great pub. Fabulous real ale and awesome Cullen Skink
Just in for a coffee but wish I could have stayed longer. Very friendly helpful staff.
I was first in this pub, with my parents, more than 50 years ago then not again until 2 or 3 years ago. It hadn’t changed and was immediately recognisable. This is a GOOD thing. On this recent visit, renovations were underway but without changing the character of the public bar. This is an ADMIRABLE thing

I spent 2 weeks at the Royal Hotel with Catherine & Alan in October. If you want a real family Scottish hotel this is the place for you. The staff are friendly, welcoming and make you feel right at home. The rooms are toasty warm, clean & comfortable, while still being affordably priced. The food is also affordably priced but is wonderful. It has many traditional Scottish dishes, food is available in one meal session or another virtually anytime, and Allan is a fabulous cook. The buses stop right out the front of the hotel frequently & you’re in Edinburgh before you know it. Dysart is a lovely, scenic, quiet little fishing village that’s lovely in summer. I’ll definitely be returning to the Royal if I find myself in the area again!
Lovely friendly people definitely stay again,Allan’s pie is a must. Went here for a wedding. The staff and food were excellent.
Today I had the best Xmas meal ever!!! The service was outstanding the food was excellent nice touch was the tiny wee mince pies they were warm when they came to the table we were a table of 7 and a child thankyou royal hotel see you next year for sure

Excellent location in the beautiful village of Belbroughton. Lovely pubs, restaurants and scenery. Nice walks, even came across a friendly donkey. Easy access from motorways. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could wish for especially the Easter decorations and mini eggs, nice touches Mary was very helpful and efficient with txt to advise us of all that we needed to know on arrival. Will definitely stay again. Loved it. Thank you.
Very Helpful owner, she has redone the entire place, nice clean carpets, beds. Selection of tea bags, water bottles and snacks as freebies. the hotel smells nice. Full of character and the owner is immediately available to assist. The village itself is so historical that if it wasn’t for the rare luxury cars passing by one would could experience centuries old England. ( Farms, road side horses, river near the hotel and old places of worship )
What a fantastic place to stay! Superbly appointed rooms which blend olde worlde charm with first class, modern fixtures, fittings and facilities. this is a beautiful property in a beautiful village, and the proprietor is helpful, friendly and attentive, without being “in the way”. The beds are really comfortable and appear to be new, and the quality of the rooms leaves nothing to be desired – yet without taking anything away from the original charm. For food, you cannot beat The Queens which is literally just over the road and serves a great variety of really fabulous food. If you are looking for a really different place to stay, for a peaceful break in a beautiful setting, you really won’t beat this!

The beehive is a cozy, traditional pub. Drinks are reasonably priced, fellow drinkers are pleasant and occasionally having an audibly good time. A good pub for match days!
Nice enough local, prices are very good and the barman is very friendly. Has a decent pool table and a nice selection of photos and trophies of their football team.
I found the Landlord very friendly and had no problem with me calling in for the keys the afternoon before I was due to stay. The room is very comfortable with a large wet room. I personally can’t fault this Inn for quality, friendliness and Service. My only dissapointment is that their fully booked next week and I’ll have to stay else where. 10/10

Nice alternative for mostly dated hotels around Heathrow. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception.
Stayed here for 49 days when I came here for office work. The service apartments are nice and the service is good.
Conveniently located close to Heathrow (but many taxi drivers have a hard time locating it, so it might help telling them that it’s right next to Holiday Inn Ariel), but not walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The receptionist was happy to offer extra towels, etc. Free internet. There are few co-operative supermarkets and local stores nearby. There are bus stops nearby that take you to underground stations (hounslow west, etc.). Great value for money, but then again: it’s arguably not in London!

My partner and I stayed at Grey’s Hotel for the weekend. The room was fantastic and the welcome was warm and friendly. Breakfast was great and all round it was a very enjoyable stay. We would certainly recommend Grey’s.
Terry was a great host. Friendly B&B with a great breakfast. Rooms are well furnished and lots of nice little touches. Good location, with only a short walk to the sea front. Excellent recommendations from Terry.
It is a very nice, quiet and clean hotel which is perfectly located. The breakfast is stunning. However, the best thing of it is its host, Terry. Thank you so much!

Could not recommend St. George’s House enough. Mark & Pearly are great hosts and will go above and beyond to make your visit extra special and make you feel at home. Tea with homemade carrot and coffee cake on arrival was a great touch. The breakfast was lovely and the kids loved Pearly’s crepes. Very clean and tidy too. We will certainly be returning when we visit the Isle of Wight again.
Fantastic b&b with undoubtedly the best owners ever. Nothing is too much trouble for Mark & Pearly who accommodate your every need. Beautifully clean rooms with immaculate bedding and towels. Welcome chocolates, biscuits & water are a lovely extra. Breakfasts are very varied with so much choice and beautifully cooked. Would have no hesitation in staying again.
Had the best time, absolutely lovely place to stay. This wasn’t our original B&B, we were double booked and St George’s was given to us as an alternative and I think we struck lucky. I can’t find anything negative about staying here, the breakfast was excellent and Mark?, who I called John…. who sounds just like Alan Rickman… is such a lovely lovely man, really friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back. happy happy happy
